Knowing my love for Tom Peters a very close friend and mentor gave me a copy of his book, The Little Big Things: 163 Ways to Pursue Excellence a collection of his blog posts with a focus on excellence. A few pages in, post #8 struck me in two ways. First, the simplicity in which he presented excellence was really good. Secondly, leadership is equally intriguing and very similar.
So in honor of Tom Peters here’s his Excellence Is… followed by my adaptation, Leadership Is…

Excellence is that which … knows no bounds
